The previously developed site is allocated in the Local Plan (RAC03) for 3 dwellings on an approximate site area of 0.24 which is below the threshold for inclusion on the statutory register. However, additional greenfield land is also included which is acceptable in principle so it was felt appropriate to add the site to the register even though only part is on previously developed land. 74391 : Redevelopment of the yard for the erection of six dwellings.
