Opportunity site (13) identified in the Fitzrovia Area Action Plan (2014). The Council�s preferred land use for the Network Building is the retention of business uses. Any additional non-residential floorspace should be matched by an equal addition to floorspace for permanent self-contained housing (in Use Class C3), subject to relevant development plan policy criteria for mixed-use development. Additions to retail space through the redevelopment and refurbishment of existing premises will be supported within the Tottenham Court Road frontage.
