The site is located on the northern side of Station Road and totals 0.14 hectares in size, and comprises an area of land occupied by single storey brick buildings which were previously used as a Council depot and offices but are now vacant and in a state of disrepair. The land is set to the rear of frontage terraced properties on Station Road, and accessed via an existing driveway between no.'s 67 and 69.
