| Description | No development shall take place, including any works of demolition, until a Construction Traffic Management Plan has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The approved statement shall be adhered to throughout the construction period and shall provide for the following and answered in the order they are written below, for ease of checking, with additional information appended at the end: i. The site compound and parking of vehicles for site operatives and visitors ii. Timings, volumes and types of construction/delivery vehicles (incl abnormal loads with swept path analysis) iii. Contract duration iv. The areas for loading and unloading of plant and materials v. Storage of plant and materials used in constructing the development vi. The location, erection and maintenance of any security hoarding to be installed vii. Wheel washing facilities (location and type) viii.
