| Description | Within 12 months of 3 Hawthorn and 3 Willow trees being felled, a 3 Crataegus and 3 Acer campestre (3 Hawthorn and 3 Field Maple) (or other species to be agreed in writing beforehand with the local planning authority) must be planted. This must be in the same or similar location as the felled trees.
