| Description | Prior to commencement of relevant works details of the bins shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. As well as the bins themselves, details shall also include planting to screen the bins. The planting scheme once approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, shall be implemented in the first available planting season after completion of development. The approved scheme shall be maintained for a minimum of five years in accordance with the Local Planning Authority's publication 'Landscape Specification in Relation to Development Sites'. Any landscape feature which is defective, damaged or removed within five years of establishment shall be replaced. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. | Facts |
