Description	Prior to the occupation of the development or use hereby granted, details of an extraction/ventilation system to control the emission of cooking smells and fumes so as to prevent any odour disamenity to nearby residents shall be submitted to and approved by the local planning authority in writing. The approved scheme shall be installed and be fully operational when the use commences. All equipment installed as part of the scheme shall thereafter be operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. The extraction/ventilation system shall be so designed as to ensure that the rating level of noise from its operation does not cause adverse impact (when assessed using BS4142: 2014 +A1: 2019 methodology) to nearby residents. This shall include design steps to ensure that any vibration through the structure from the mounting of the flue on the wall against the first floor flat does not cause adverse impact.	Facts
