| Description | Prior to the first use of the development hereby approved, details of electric vehicle charging provision shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Installation shall comply with current guidance/advice, including the Air Quality Technical Planning Guidance 2022 - Appendix 4. The development shall not be occupied until the approved connection has been installed and is operational.
