| Description | Prior to first use of the development hereby approved, a 2-metre-high close-boarded timber fence shall be erected in accordance with Appendix 3 Annotated Site Layout of the Noise Impact Assessment dated 22nd April 2020. The timber fence should be built in double-thickness solid timber construction with surface mas not less than 12kg/sqm. The fence should have no gaps or holes and cover strips should also be used to prevent gaps forming over time, and should be fully sealed at the ground (i.e. include a gravel board).
