| Description | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted Flood Risk Assessment (FRA) prepared by J Roberts Design Ltd, reference 3926, dated February 2024, and the following mitigation measures it details: - The building shall feature two storeys; - Flood resilience measures shall be implemented as described on page 18 of the FRA; and - Ground floor finished floor levels shall be set no lower than the existing levels on site. These mitigation measures shall be fully implemented prior to the first use of the development.
