| Description | Notwithstanding the provisions of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any Order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification) there shall be no: a) enlargement or extension of the dwelling(s) hereby permitted (excluding any additions or alterations to the roof structures), b) buildings or other structures, c) new fences, gates, walls or other means of enclosure or works as defined within Part 1 Classes A and E of Schedule 2 , and Part 2 Class A of Schedule 2 inclusive of that Order, These restrictions shall be limited to those erected or undertaken within the curtilages of any of the properties numbered 1-9 and 12 as shown on the approved plans, without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority in consultation with the statutory water supply undertaker. | Facts |
