| Description | Each reserved matters application shall be accompanied by an ecological enhancement plan. The plan shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The plan shall include details of the following measures, all of which shall be implemented prior to the first occupation of the site. - One integrated bat boxes of the Ibstock Bat Brick type or similar shall be built into built structures on a west or south facing orientation above 4m from the ground and away from external artificial lighting. - One sparrow nest box shall be integrated or surface mounted onto dwellings at eaves level on an east or west orientation. -The planting of native trees and shrubs to provide suitable breeding and foraging resource and contribute to local ecological networks. | Facts |
