Description	Prior to the first use of the development hereby approved, an updated drainage management and maintenance plan shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The plan shall include the following: Details of the private management company responsible for implementing the plan at all times or any successor; Findings of a watercourse CCTV survey to establish condition and a blockage assessment to be undertaken; Details of any foul drainage, such as compostable toilet, present on the site. The drainage system for foul and surface water drainage shall be retained, managed and maintained for the lifetime of the development in accordance with the approved drainage management and maintenance plan.
