Reason	To ensure the ecological interests of the site are maintained in accordance with Policy 29 of the Local Plan.	Facts
Description	Within one month of commencement, a lighting design strategy for light-sensitive biodiversity shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The strategy shall show how, external lighting is specified, located and orientated so that it can be clearly demonstrated that it will not disturb or adversely affect the use of the semi-natural areas of the site and it surrounding green spaces by bats and other species of wildlife. Any luminaries used in the peripheral areas of the site adjoining areas of greenspace should be of the LED type which provide a lower intensity of light. The use of warm white spectrum (preferably 2700Kelvin) should be adopted to reduce the blue light component with a wavelength exceeding 550nm. The strategy shall be informed by the Institute of Lighting Professionals/Bat Conservation Trust, Guidance Note 08/18: Bats and Artificial Lighting in the UK. All external lighting shall be installed in accordance with the specification and locations set out in the strategy and maintained as such.	Facts
