Description	Prior to first use of any part of the development hereby approved, a Battery Safety Management Plan (BSMP) shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the local planning authority. The BSMP must prescribe measures to facilitate safety during the construction, operation and decommissioning of the battery storage system, including potential risks from battery fire, theft and flooding. The BSMP shall be informed by a detailed Site-Specific Risk Information (SSRI) or other such assessment in consultation with South Yorkshire Fire Service. The BSMP shall be implemented in accordance with the agreed details at all times.	Facts
