| Description | The temporary car park as shown on the approved plans shall be retained for a maximum of 4 years from the date of this planning permission. The Local Planning Authority shall be informed no later than 7 days prior to first use. Within 6 months from the date of development being completed or should any part of the site cease to be required for construction purposes, a scheme of restoration shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority to be approved in writing. The scheme shall detail: A photographic record of the site prior to construction of the temporary car park, How the site is to be returned to its prior condition, and; Details of landscaping and aftercare The scheme of restoration shall be carried out in accordance with the agreed details within the first available planting season following the approval of details by the Local Planning Authority. | Facts |
