| Description | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted Travel Plan and the mitigation it details. An Annual Travel Plan Monitoring Report shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority no later than 3 months post the first anniversary of the building being brought into use, and this shall continue on an annual basis for the duration of the use unless another duration is agreed with the Local Planning Authority. Each annual monitoring report shall include collated parking information to ascertain the level of off-site parking occurring, revised targets, revised measures alongside revised marketing, monitoring and enforcement mechanisms. | Facts |
