Description Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) and the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, or any Order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), the development hereby approved shall only be used/occupied by uses falling within Use Class E(c) (iii)- Other appropriate services in a commercial, business or service locality and for no other purpose (including any other purpose in Class E of the Schedule to the Use Classes Order).
