Reason To ensure the ecological interests of the site are maintained in accordance with the NPPF and Local Plan policy 29. Facts
Description Within one month of commencement an ecological enhancement plan shall be submitted to the local planning authority for approval in writing. This plan shall include details of the following measures, all of which shall be implemented prior to the first occupation of the site or an alternative timescale to be approved in writing with the local planning authority: Photographic evidence of the implemented measures must be submitted to the local planning authority: MEASURES -One integrated bat box of the Ibstock Bat Brick type or similar shall be built into the built structure on a west or south facing orientation above 4m from the ground and preferably away from external artificial lighting. - One swift nest boxes shall be integrated or surface mounted onto dwellings at eaves level on an east or west orientation.
