Description Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (No.596) (England) Order 2015, Article 3, Schedule 2, Part 3, Class L (or any subsequent order or statutory provision revoking or re-enacting that order), the dwellinghouses hereby approved shall be retained as single dwellinghouses (class C3) in perpetuity and shall not occupied as Homes in Multiple Occupation (class C4) unless otherwise approved in writing by the local planning authority.
