Description | Prior to the occupation of any dwellings on any phase of development on site, an air quality mitigation plan shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. This plan shall demonstrate how the damage costs have been utilised to offset vehicle emissions during the lifetime of the development. Measures in any mitigation plan should be in addition to those provided as a requirement for other planning matters. The mitigation plan shall be implemented in accordance with a timescale to be agreed with the local planning authority. | Facts |
