| Description | DIRECTION MADE BY THE HAVANT AND WATERLOOVILLE URBAN DISTRICT COUNCIL UNDER ARTICLE 4 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY GENERAL DEVELOPMENT ORDER 1963 DATED 19 NOVEMBER 1963 AND CONFIRMED BY THE MINISTER OF HOUSING AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT ON 3 JANUARY 1964 NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL IN PURSUANCE OF THE POWERS CONFERRED UPON THEM BY ARTICLE 4 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING GENERAL DEVELOPMENT ORDER- 1963- HEREBY DIRECT THAT THE PERMISSION GRANTED BY ARTICLE 3 OF THE SAID ORDER SHALL NOT APPLY TO THE DEVELOPMENT ON THE SAID LAND OF THE DESCRIPTIONS SET OUT BELOW:THE USE OF THE LAND (OTHER THAN A BUILDING OR A CURTILAGE OF A BUILDING WHICH HAS BEEN DEMOLISHED IN CONSEQUENCE OF WAR DAMAGE) AS A CAMPING SITE OR FOR THE SALE OF GOODS ON NOT MORE THAN 28 DAYS IN TOTAL IN ANY CALENDAR YEAR- AND THE ERECTION OR PLACING OF MOVEABLE STRUCTURES ON THE LAND FOR THE PURPOSES OF THAT USE. | Facts about Description |
