| Description | Article 4 Direction: Land at Fisher Lane, Dunsfold (A4D-18) was made by Waverley Borough Council on 1 May 1998 under the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1995. The Direction withdrew permitted development rights across a range of categories. It restricted the use of land as a caravan site (Part 5), agricultural operations on holdings under 5 hectares (Part 6), and forestry buildings, tracks, and operations (Part 7). It also removed rights for works to unadopted streets and private ways (Part 9) and for recreational uses by certain organisations, including the erection of tents (Part 27). By removing these rights, the Council ensured that caravan use, small-scale agriculture, forestry works, road repairs, and organised recreational activities at Fisher Lane could only take place with express planning permission. | Facts |
