Description Article 4 Direction: Sydney Farm, Rosemary Lane, Alfold (A4D-16) was made by Waverley Borough Council on 28 November 1986 under the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1977. The Direction removed permitted development rights under Class IV, which allowed the temporary use of land for up to 28 days a year.
