Description Article 4 Direction: Land West of Green Lane, Farnham (A4D-11) was introduced by Waverley District Council on 23 September 1975 under the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1973. The Direction removed several permitted development rights, including the erection or alteration of gates, fences and walls (Class II), the formation of new means of access to a highway (Class II), and the painting of the exterior of buildings other than for advertisements or signage (Class II).
