Description Article 4 Direction: West Cottage, 2 School Hill, Wrecclesham (A4D-10) was made by Farnham Urban District Council on 26 April 1971 under the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1963. The Direction removed permitted development rights under Class I, which would otherwise have allowed the erection or alteration of a garage within the curtilage of the dwelling, including enlargements or alterations to the house to provide one. By withdrawing these rights, the Council ensured that any garage construction or related works at West Cottage required full planning permission. Facts
