Ashlar with graduated Lakeland slate roof. 2 storeys plus attics, 3 bays, with single-storey lean-to on right return. Steps up to central C20 glazed door. On ground floor tripartite sashes in broad chamfered surrounds. On 1st floor 9-pane sashes. Concave cornice. Gabled roof with raised and ridged coping. Corniced end stacks.
