Welsh slate roof on front, graduated Lakeland slate roof to rear. L-plan with outshut in re-entrant angle. Two storeys, 3 bays. Two-leaf, 4-panel door with overlight in slightly- chamfered raised stone surround. 24-pane sashes in raised stone surrounds. 1st-floor right is a renewed 24-pane sash.
