Random rubble with ashlar surrounds to doors and windows. Lakeland slate roof. 2 storeys. 14 irregularly spaced bays, four of them with doors. All openings have heavily moulded shouldered lintels and hollow- chamfered reveals. Windows are late C19 sashes and casements. Rusticated quoins. Hipped roof and 2 stone corniced ridge stacks.
