Scottish slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 x 2 bays with 3-bay single-storey extension on right rear. 3-bay facade has 2-leaf, 6-panelled door with Tuscan entablature in segmental- arched recess in projecting centre bay with banded rustication forming voussoirs around door arch. Original sash windows, with intermediate glazing bars removed, in architraves. Band above ground floor becoming floating cornice in centre bay. Angle pilasters with patterned capitals. Moulded cornice and plain parapet with central panel inscribed 18 HC SELBY 29. Hipped roof with central well and 2 rebuilt brick stacks. Similar details on returns. Former service wing to rear now reduced to single storey and given flat roof. Interior has broad open-well stair with stick balusters and wreathed handrail. 6-panelled doors and good decorative cornices. C20 porch to front door not of special interest. , Facts
