L-shaped. 2 storeys. 3 bay facade has panelled Victorian door with decorative overlight. 16-pane sash window above. Large flanking windows have two 12-pane sashes with wooden mullion. All openings in slightly-raised surrounds. Rounded cornice. Steeply-pitched gabled roof with splayed coping and C17-style kneelers. End stacks. Rear facade and wing have 12- and 16-pane sashes.
