Notes | NT 93 SE DODDINGTON FENTON TOWN 9/13 East Fenton Farmhouse II House. c.1830. Ashlar with Scottish slate roof. 2 storeys. 3 x 2 bays with two lower l-bay wings projecting to rear. Rusticated alternating quoins, Central doorway has Tuscan pilasters, triglyph frieze and cornice. Windows, in raised surrounds, are sashes with intermediate glazing bars removed. Hipped roof. Returns have similar windows and also 12-pane sashes. Hipped roofs with rendered ridge stacks. Round-arched stair window to rear. Interior has 6-panelled doors and internal shutters, and staircase with square balusters and wreathed handrail. , | Facts |
