Windows of varying types including Yorkshire sashes and ?-slatted windows, all in tooled- and-margined surrounds with projecting sills. Gabled roof with overlapping coping. Square ashlar lateral stack. Dovecote in left gable. Similar opening to 2-storey rear facade, including 3 steps up to boarded 2-leaf door.
