Squared tooled stone; Welsh slate roof with rendered stack. 1 + 2 storeys, 1 + 2 + 1 bays, symmetrical. Central 2-storey part has canted ground-floor bays with 2-light mullioned windows holding plain sashes, and stone slab coping; similar windows above in gabled half dormers; coped gables with finials; central stepped ridge stack, the upper part rebuilt. Lower pent-roofed end bays have 4-pane sash windows under hoodmoulds. All windows in chamfered surrounds; all gables with pitched coping on moulded kneelers. Doorways to rear.
