Roughly rectangular enclosure with the north wall of the ruined church or chapel (q.v.) forming the eastern part of the north side; rounded south-east corner and rectangular extension at south-west corner. Walls 1.5-2 metres high with low-pitched coping; gateways on west and south. Earlier foundations project from beneath external face of wall at south-east and south-west corners. , | Facts |
