Rubble with roughly-shaped large quoins and dressings; pantile roof with brick stacks. 1 1/2 storeys, 1 bay. 6-panel door to left; margined sash windows, in enlarged earlier openings, the upper in gabled half dormer. Right end shows raised reverse-stepped coping; end stacks, that to left rebuilt in C19. Included for group value with Primrose Cottage. Empty and in poor condition at time of survey. 2-bay brick extension to left is not of special interest. , Facts
