Gabled entrance porch with flat coping and kneelers; plank door, quatrefoil panel in gable. Windows have barred sashes: 6 over 6 panes in ground storey, 3 panes in a row above. Subsidiary features: to right is a yard with stone front wall matching the house. Front area has low stone wall to front and right; chamfered coping, railing with spear-head uprights.
