| Notes | The site is occupied by a two-storey building that historically was a farmstead but which, in more modern times, has been used a residential care home. The building consists of a farmhouse converted into the main care home building, along with more modern extensions. This includes a large extension to the west, with a further building constructed to the north that adjoins the main building. Internally the original farmhouse structure and layout was lost on conversion. The facility is now closed and the building is vacant. In 2023, an application was permitted to provide a total of 8 dwellings (22/03701/FUL). The proposed works include the partial demolition of the more modern extensions to the existing building and conversion of the original farmhouse property remaining element into 1 large dwelling. In addition. a 7 new-build dwellings will be built on the cleared land. The properties are all large five- or six-bed detached homes.
