| Notes | Former fire station, which was made surplus to requirements following relocation of the fire service to new premises. On account of this, the site was identified as a housing allocation in the Alnwick and Denwick Neighbourhood Plan (Site H2-6). However, an application for change of use to provide a mixed-use scheme comprising business (B1/B8) and training use (D1) was permitted in 2019 (19/01702/FUL).The building has now been converted to house this use and, as a result, the site will not be available for redevelopment in the foreseeable future and no residential development is forecast within the plan period at present.
