Notes SHLAA Ref: ADC/023/13 was a Potential SHLAA site as at 01/04/2023 base date. The site is in use as a public car park however it is underutilised and it is the least income producing car park in Adur District. The Council carried out an assessment of the potential of this site for residential development with a feasibility study being completed. Public consultation on development proposals (8 dwellings) for emergency accommodation was undertaken in July 2022 and this was followed by a planning application for 7 dwellings which was granted in April 2023..
