| Notes | Tight parcel of land in Hexham town centre that is currently occupied by dilapidated commercial units. The site has been earmarked for redevelopment for several years. Demolition and site clearance would be required. An application for demolition of the existing buildings and construction of 8 flats was submitted approved in 2020 (19/03971/FUL). This proposal was for a three-storey apartment block. However, no start was made on this development and a revised scheme was drawn up for a smaller-scale project.
