| Notes | The site is isolated and not connected to a settlement. Although it is located close to the urban confines of Hartley, the existing access is onto Valley Road to the west and it is not possible to see how the site could be integrated into Hartley. The site is identified in the Open Spaces Study as an outdoor sports facility which forms an important part of the green infrastructure network. The loss of this use is not supported and would need to be clearly demonstrated.
