Notes | The site is allocated within the emerging North Devon & Torridge Local Plan to deliver an alternative secondary vehicular access in to the adjoining Westacott urban extension (BAR01) for approximately 950 dwellings, 5 ha of land for economic uses and community facilities. If this site is required for such a route then once an adoptable standard highway, including appropriate landscaping has been delivered and the existing business has been re-located then residential uses could be delivered on any land that remains.
