The site was then marketed and was sold in 2019. At this time, the intention was to deliver a scheme of cottages for retired/elderly people. However, the permission has now lapsed due to non-implementation. It is understood that a new scheme is being drawn up for the site, with a view to submitting an application for a revised scheme in the short-term.
