Notes | Originally the site of a petrol filling station, the site had been utilised as a haulage depot since the 1970s. Opportunity for redevelopment of the site identified some time ago, and a number of proposals were submitted over the years before a scheme commenced. Demolition of the former depot buildings and associated infrastructure, along with remediation was undertaken prior to redevelopment.
