Notes Site previously occupied by semi-detached homes but now largely vacant following the clearance of a large area of social housing stock. A few isolated dwellings remain, those in private ownership, but this represents a very small proportion of the original estate. The land is still in the ownership of a registered provider and there is scope for a relatively extensive regeneration project. It is understood that it is not intended to develop this site immediately, but that it is an option for the future.
