Notes Redundant waterworks facility within Tweedmouth now surplus to NWL requirements. Offers opportunity for redevelopment within the urban area. There is a covered reservoir and a pumping station in situ and a proposal will require clearance of some of this site infrastructure prior to redevelopment.
