Mainly brownfield, with this element of the site able to support development above the threshold. For indicative purposes in the BF Register, the original SHLAA site (ref 5116) is split to reflect brownfield and greenfield elements - total area of 0.30ha. Yield identified reflects appropriate density given location. Permission was granted for construction of a unit supporting business/office floorspace, but the scheme was never delivered (03/00126/FUL). The current availability of the site is uncertain.
