The parcel is currently occupied by a workshop and adjacent vacant land, an existing terraced house and a retail unit. Redevelopment could be pursued through a combination part demolition, new-build and/or conversion. The higher yield recognises potential for scheme of higher density, reflecting the chance the surrounding residential development and the opportunity urban infill. This scheme comprised of 8 flats and 2 houses but lapsed as no start was made within the necessary time limit. The site has now been sold but it has recently been confirmed by the new landowner (EiP 2020) that it remains available and that options for redevelopment are being explored.
