The site is sensitive and therefore may not be suitable for consideration for Part 2 of the Register. This site is within the urban core and the Area of Archaeological Importance (IPS 413) and close to scheduled areas of Middle Saxon and medieval occupation (NHLE 1005985 and NHLE 1002966). There is a potential for nationally important archaeological remains outside of scheduled areas.
